May we have their intercessions, Amin! 🙏Pope Kyrillos VI was the 116th Pope of Alexandria and a man of prayer and miracles. He was born on August 2, 1902 as Azer Ata and became a monk at the monastery of Baramous. He departed on March 9, 1971 and his relics are preserved at St. Mina Monastery in Mariut. 🙏Pope Shenouda III was the 117th Pope of Alexandria and a great teacher and leader of the church. He was born on August 3, 1923 as Nazeer Gayed and became a monk at the Syrian (El Sourian) monastery. He wrote many books and articles on various topics and defended the Orthodox faith against heresies. He departed this life on March 17, 2012. 🙏Father Bishoy Kamel was a priest of the Coptic Orthodox Church who was known for his love, humility and service. He was born on September 9, 1931 as Samy Kamel. He became a priest in 1963 and served in St. George Church in Sporting, Alexandria. He departed on March 21, 1979. 🙏Father Faltaous El Souriany was a monk at the Syrian (El Sourian) monastery. He was born on October 15, 1915 as Fawzy Aziz Mikhail and joined the monastery in 1948. He memorized many sayings of the early monastic fathers and practiced them faithfully. He departed on March 17, 2010. 🙏Father Mikhail Ibrahim was an archpriest who dedicated his life to Christ with zeal and devotion. He was born on April 20, 1899 as Mikhail Ibrahim Youssef. He became a priest in 1931 and served in various churches in Cairo until he retired in St Mark's Cathedral under Pope Shenouda III's care.
